Return & Exchange Policy

At Zarukee, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the products you received, we offer an exchange policy within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be different from what you originally ordered.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by:

We will review each case individually to ensure fairness to both parties.

For defective, faulty, or damaged items, you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue. Please email the photos to zarukee.cso@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will process your claim.

Exclusions

There are certain situations where we cannot support returns or exchanges:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified 14-day time frame.
  • The product has been damaged due to use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any item from the package is missing, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, in the event that an item is unavailable or received in a flawed condition, a coupon for the same value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Zarukee reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Payment declined.
  • Inaccuracy in pricing.

Sale Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
